Role Overview The Global Capacity Manager will own global workforce planning across regions, ensuring resources are aligned to business demand. This role requires strategic oversight of capacity, capability, and workforce tools, as well as client relationship management across agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead global capacity management across all hubs and regions.

Manage capacity & capability tools and ensure accurate data for forecasting and planning.

Oversee resource allocation, redeployment, and roll-off planning across markets.

Drive farming of work prospects within existing agency relationships.

Oversee time sheet management, Jira ticketing, and utilization reporting.

Partner with L&D; teams to align upskilling and reskilling programs to future needs.

Collaborate with agency stakeholders to maintain and grow client relationships globally.

Lead and mentor the Global Capacity Planners and India Capacity Manager.
