Rcube Monad Mall, Sector-43, Noida is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Help Desk Executive to manage the mall's help desk and assist customers with the Mall Loyalty Program. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a shopping mall, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently. Responsibilities

Manage the Help Desk and assist visitors with general inquiries.

Handle customer registrations and queries related to the Mall Loyalty Program.

Operate and manage the Loyalty Program dashboard.

Explain loyalty advantages, reward points, redemption process, and offers to customers.

Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.





Maintain records of customer interactions and daily reports.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of experience in a shopping mall (mandatory/preferred).

Graduate in any discipline.

Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and dashboard/CRM operations.

Solid customer service and problem-solving skills.

Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
