Key Responsibilities
Greenfield Project HR Setup
Lead complete HR setup for Greenfield manufacturing projects.
Prepare manpower planning aligned with project timelines.
Develop organization structure and manpower budgeting.
Establish HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Set up HR systems, attendance, payroll, and HRMS.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for plant commissioning.
Support workforce mobilization during project execution.
Develop employee welfare and engagement initiatives for current locations.
Talent Acquisition
Develop annual recruitment strategy based on business requirements.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and plant positions.
Hire leadership, technical, engineering, production, maintenance, quality, SCM,



finance, and HR specialists.
Manage campus hiring, lateral hiring, and vendor relationships.
Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation negotiations.
Build employer branding initiatives.
Reduce recruitment turnaround time and hiring costs.
HR Operations
Oversee employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure smooth HR administration across all locations.
Manage employee records through HRMS.
Improve HR processes through automation and digitalization.
Drive internal communication programs.
Foster a positive and high-performance work culture.
