Job Summary

Prodigy Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-driven General Manager – Sales to lead and expand our sales operations in the Agriculture and Animal Feed industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, proven leadership skills, and a successful track record in B2B sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
Lead and manage the sales team to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand market presence.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports,



and business plans.
Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams for seamless order execution.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–10 years of sales experience in the Agriculture, Animal Feed, Feed Ingredients, or Animal Nutrition industry.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and business development abilities.
Willingness to travel as required.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
