Leon's Burgers & Wings is looking for a passionate and energetic Training Executive to drive learning and development initiatives across our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and monitoring training programs that enhance employee skills, operational excellence, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
Deliver classroom and on-the-job training for Restaurant Managers, Shift Managers, Team Members, and Central Kitchen staff.
Ensure employees are trained on SOPs, food safety, hygiene, customer service, and operational standards.
Develop and update training modules, manuals, presentations, and assessment tools.
Conduct regular skill assessments, audits, and refresher training programs.
Travel to restaurant locations to coach and support teams on operational excellence.
Track training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and performance metrics.
Work closely with Operations, HR, QA, and Learning & Development teams to identify training needs.
Support recent restaurant openings by planning and executing pre-opening training.
Maintain training records, certifications,



attendance, and MIS reports.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
25 years of experience in Training/Learning & Development within QSR, Restaurant Chains, Hotels, or Hospitality.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, SOPs, food safety, and customer service.
Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Willingness to travel across restaurant locations as required.
Self-driven, organized, and passionate about developing people.
