Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

Lead end-to-end SNPD platform implementation. Manage multiple delivery streams including Development, Integration, Migration, AI, QA, DevOps and Support. Drive project execution aligned to business objectives and timelines.





Stakeholder Management

Engage with senior stakeholders including PMO, Engineering, R&D;, Quality, Procurement and Leadership teams. Conduct Steering Committee and Governance meetings. Present program status, risks and mitigation plans.

Delivery Governance

Monitor project scope, budget, schedule and quality. Ensure milestone achievement across all phases. Drive RAID (Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency) management.

Team Management

Manage project managers, technical leads and external vendors. Resource planning and capacity management. Performance monitoring and escalation management. Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to project standards and governance processes. Drive UAT, Go-Live and Hypercare activities. Ensure project documentation and audit compliance.
