Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We're a growing creative agency looking for a Graphic Designer who can make high-impact branding and digital design work — someone equally comfortable with 2D visual storytelling and spatial/3D thinking. This role is a great fit for design graduates as well as architecture graduates with a strong visual design sensibility, since packaging, environmental branding, and 3D brand visualization all draw on spatial and structural thinking.

What You'll Do
Lead and guide junior designers and motion designers
Oversee branding, packaging, and social media design projects
Bring creative ideas to life using both traditional and AI-powered tools
Manage timelines and ensure quality across all design deliverables
Collaborate with strategy and content teams
Contribute spatial/3D perspective to packaging, retail, and environmental branding projects (a natural fit for candidates with architectural training)

What You Bring




2–4 years of experience in graphic design with team oversight, OR a degree/background in Architecture with a strong design portfolio and willingness to work across branding and packaging
Strong portfolio across branding, packaging, and digital (or architectural/spatial design projects showing robust visual sensibility)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with 3D/visualization tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus for architecture-background candidates
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Freepik AI, Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway ML)
Strong leadership, visual storytelling, and communication skills

Bonus: Experience in lifestyle, coffee, or F&B; brands; experience with spatial branding, retail design, or environmental graphics
