About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns to join our team for a 3-month on-site internship. This chance is ideal for candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within a professional IT work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and screening

Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates

Maintain and update candidate and employee records

Support onboarding processes and HR documentation

Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Manage and update HR data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Eligibility Criteria

MBA (HR) students or graduates preferred

BBA graduates are also encouraged to apply





Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Good organizational and time-management abilities

Willingness to learn and grow in a qualified environment
