We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and organizational development. The candidate should be capable of driving HR initiatives that support business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.

● Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

● Oversee employee lifecycle management, including confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.

● Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.

● Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.

● Handle performance management, appraisals,



and employee development initiatives.

● Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

● Coordinate training and development programs.

● Administer compensation, perks, leave management, and attendance.

● Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and support business objectives.

● Lead employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives.

● Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics for management.

● Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives when required.

Advantages

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
