Role Description The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day human resources operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for the Jaipur site. This full-time, on-site role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance review processes, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The HR Manager will handle employee relations issues, support managers with workforce planning, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate HR records, overseeing payroll and benefits coordination with relevant teams, and supporting health, safety, and workplace well-being initiatives.



The role requires regular collaboration with leadership to align HR practices with business objectives and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
