Role & responsibilities
Material Planning:
Plan RM & PM requirements based on production schedules and

forecasts.
Material Shortage Management:
Monitor and identify shortages in RM & PM inventory.
Take corrective actions to avoid production downtime due to material

unavailability.
Supplier Coordination & Quotation Management:
Float enquiries and collect quotations from approved suppliers.
Prepare and analyze quotation comparison sheets for price, quality, and

lead time evaluation.
Purchase Order (PO) Management:
Prepare and issue POs as per approved procurement plan.
Ensure accuracy in PO details including quantity, pricing, and delivery

schedule.
Track PO status and ensure on-time delivery.
Inventory Monitoring:




Regularly monitor RM & PM inventory levels to maintain adequate stock.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for material receipts and stock

updates.
Vendor Follow-up & Logistics Coordination:
Follow up with vendors for timely dispatches and delivery of materials.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth material movement

and receipt.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate procurement records including supplier quotations,

POs, and delivery details.

Mandate candidate profile
