We are looking for an experienced Head – Electrical & Automation to lead our Electrical & Automation function. The ideal candidate will have 12–15+ years of experience in industrial automation, with robust expertise in PLC/HMI programming, electrical control panel design, system integration, and machine automation. The role involves leading automation projects, driving Industry 4.0 initiatives, overseeing plant electrical operations, mentoring a high-performing engineering team, and collaborating with customers to deliver creative automation solutions.

Candidates with experience in Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley PLCs, OEMs, or industrial equipment manufacturing are highly preferred.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.

12–15+ years of experience in Industrial Automation and Electrical Engineering.

Strong expertise in PLC/HMI programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley).

Hands-on experience in Electrical Control Panel Design and System Integration.

Experience in Machine Automation, Commissioning, and Troubleshooting.

Knowledge of Industrial Communication Protocols (Profinet,



Profibus, Ethernet/IP).

Proven experience in leading engineering teams and automation projects.

Background in OEM, Machine Building, or Industrial Equipment Manufacturing is preferred.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
