Roles and Responsibilities
1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service or a Hotel Management graduate with completed Industrial Training (IT) or On-the-Job Training (OJT).
Welcome guests and provide courteous, qualified service at all times.
Serve food and beverages according to the hotel's service standards.
Set up, clean, and maintain restaurant tables and service stations.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently followed.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth and timely operations.
Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain excellent grooming, discipline, and a positive attitude.
Be willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Deliver exceptional guest service while contributing to a positive team workplace.
