We are looking for An HR Manager for an ice manufacturing plant oversees workforce operations, labor laws, and safety standards.

Key duties include managing plant recruitment, handling contract labor, and maintaining daily shift attendance.

Responsibilities
Manpower &
Shift Planning:

Coordinate daily floor staffing, machine operators, and packaging labor based on seasonal ice production spikes.
Contract Labor Management: Hire and oversee third-party contractors while ensuring compliance with local factory acts and minimum wage rules.
Safety &
Compliance:

Monitor cold-storage safety protocols, track workplace incidents, and maintain statutory factory health records.
Employee Relations: Handle worker grievances, manage shift discipline, and resolve floor-level disputes.
Payroll &
Attendance:





Process biometrics, overtime calculations, and monthly wages for permanent and contract workers.

Requirements &
Qualifications
Education: MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Labor Law.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of generalist HR experience, with at least 5 years inside a manufacturing, processing plant, or industrial facility.
Skills: Solid knowledge of local labor laws, shift management, conflict resolution, and basic computer proficiency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
