Works to improve cash flow, minmize delinquincy, reduce Days Sales Outstanding and limit bad debt exposure through customer interaction.
Identifies and prioritizes issues impacting payment.
Overcomes customer objections regarding payments, assists them in understanding account terms, and uses payment options and negotiation skills to arrange payments.
