Requirements
Graduate in Human Resources or related discipline.
3–6 years of experience in HR operations/generalist role.
Robust knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and compliance.
Valuable communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/HRMS.
Ability to manage employee engagement and grievance handling effectively.
