Our mission is to provide clients with comprehensive development solutions, from initial concept to final product, ensuring high-quality results and satisfaction. ► HR Executive : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support organisational growth. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, HR documentation, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR activities in a fast-paced environment. ● Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout ● Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfil manpower requirements ● Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees

● Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters

● Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management system ● Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team and ensure accuracy

● Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc., as applicable)



● Support the performance appraisal process and track probation/confi rmation timelines ● Address employee queries and resolve workplace concerns professionally

● Organise employee engagement activities and initiatives

● Conduct exit interviews and maintain attrition reports ● Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

● Maintain confidentiality of employee and organisational information ► Mandatory Qualifications : ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field ● 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment

● Strong knowledge of HR processes and labour law compliance

● Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Ability to handle confidential information with integrity ► Preferred Qualifications :

● Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a product-based company ● MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)

● Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance ● Ability to work independently in a quick-paced workplace
