Role & responsibilities
Production Assembly Shift Engineer / Sr. Engineer :
Plan, monitor, and control day-to-day production activities to achieve targets (output, quality, efficiency).
Ensure smooth operations of Assembly.
Troubleshoot production problems related to machines, tools, and raw materials.
Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, IATF, customer-specific requirements).
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, EHS and 5S practices to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Maintenance Shift Engineer / Sr. Engineer:
Plan and execute MTTR, MTBF, preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of Robots, Vision Systems (Keyence), Ultrasonic Welding SPMs, Vibration Welding Machines, and Conveyors.
Troubleshoot Servo Motors, VFDs, Schneider PLCs, electrical control panels, and automation systems.
Maintain utility equipment such as Air Compressors, DG Sets, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and material handling systems.
Perform troubleshooting of pneumatic circuits, paint pumps, and automated painting systems.
