Job Summary

Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and well-presented Hostesses to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm first impression, managing guest seating, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth seating and table turnover.
Handle guest inquiries and assist with special requests.
Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information.
Communicate effectively with service, kitchen, and bar teams to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
Build positive relationships with guests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Follow company service standards and hospitality SOPs.

Requirements




0–3 years of experience as a Hostess, Guest Relation Executive, Front Office Executive, or in a similar hospitality role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a skilled and well-groomed appearance.
Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Location Multiple locations across Mumbai.
