Employment Type: Full time We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources operations and contribute to building a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.

Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs to ensure a smooth joining experience.

Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR databases.

Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and support payroll coordination.

Assist in performance management by coordinating performance reviews, collecting feedback, and preparing evaluation reports.

Manage records and engagement activities for both in-house and freelance faculty.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements across all branches.





Plan and coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and engagement initiatives.

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide timely HR support.

Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support management decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.
