Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. The candidate will support end-to-end HR functions including employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The role requires robust interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced technology setting.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

Facilitate onboarding process including induction, documentation, and system setup

Conduct orientation programs for new hires

Manage exit formalities including clearance, exit interviews, and documentation
HR Operations & Administration

Maintain employee records and HR databases (HRMS)

Manage attendance, leave tracking, and employee data accuracy

Ensure timely documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations)
Employee Engagement & Relations

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events

Address employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution

Promote a positive and collaborative work culture
Performance Management





Assist in performance appraisal process and goal setting cycles

Track employee performance metrics and provide reports

Support managers in performance improvement plans
HR Policies & Compliance

Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws

Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures

Support audits and compliance-related activities

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of HR processes in IT industry
Experience in technical recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/HRMS systems
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Minimum 3+ years of relevant HR experience in IT domain
