Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppur. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting performance management processes.

The HR Generalist will administer HR policies, coordinate employee perks, handle perks-related queries, and support compliance with labor laws and company regulations. The role also involves assisting with recruitment activities, organizing training initiatives, supporting employee engagement programs,



and collaborating with management to address workforce needs and employee relations issues.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR functions.
Candidates should possess skills in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies aligned with organizational standards.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits and Advantages Administration, including enrollment, tracking, and communication.
Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and handle confidential information responsibly.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in HR-related software or MS Office tools.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in an HR generalist or similar role, is preferred.
Understanding of local labor laws and regulations, and experience in the retail or textile sector, will be an added advantage.
