Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Administer employee attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development programs.
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Prepare HR reports, documentation, and employment letters.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate exit interviews and the employee offboarding process.
Pay: ₹10,996.42 - ₹25,090.94 per month
