About Us:

Alshifa Cupping Clinic is a growing wellness organization specializing in Hijama (Cupping Therapy) and holistic healthcare services. We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to join our Chennai location.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
Post job openings on job portals (Indeed, etc.) and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with department heads
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Manage employee documentation and joining formalities




Support basic HR operations and administrative tasks

Eligibility Criteria:
Any Bachelor’s degree (HR background preferred)
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Willingness to work from Chennai location
