We’re Hiring: HR Recruiter

Location: Model Town, Delhi

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
Manage candidate database and recruitment records
Assist in offer letter generation and onboarding process

Required Skills:




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
Strong screening and assessment abilities
Valuable time management and multitasking skills
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals

Preferred Qualities:
Positive attitude with confidence
Solid negotiation and coordination skills
Quick learner and team player

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
