Hunt Mantra Consultancy is looking for passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for International & Domestic BPO, IT, BFSI, Non-IT, Customer Support, Sales, and other corporate roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Eligibility:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior recruitment experience will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
