Role Description The Human Resources Intern at DIGI AVATAR will support day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. This full-time hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements as per business needs.

The intern will help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, assist in administering employee perks,



and support HR documentation and compliance. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling interviews, supporting performance management processes, and collaborating with team members on HR projects and reports.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
Candidates should possess solid communication, organization, and time management abilities.
Candidates should possess proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
