Role Description The HR Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, and assisting with payroll and attendance tracking.

This role will manage employee relations activities such as addressing queries, assisting in conflict resolution, and supporting engagement initiatives. The HR Executive will help implement and communicate HR policies, ensure compliance with company guidelines and local regulations,



and collaborate with management to support performance management and training activities. The position requires close coordination with various teams to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations and HR Policies.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations and handling employee queries and concerns.
