Requirement
Bachelor's degree
At least 12+ years of relevant procurement experience in a construction or Real Estate industry, with at least 6 years in a Head role.
Experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and inventory management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Solid negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with vendors and contractors
Knowledge of construction materials, commercial terms, and laws pertaining to procurement
Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Excel, ERP software, and web-based procurement platforms
Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
