The candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, employee data management, and payroll support. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in HR.

Roles & Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management

Prepare and manage HR reports using MS Excel

Handle employee documentation such as joining forms, ID records, and personal files

Support HR in onboarding and exit formalities

Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries

Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of employee information





Assist in compliance and basic HR administrative tasks Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in HR, Commerce, Management, or related field

Basic to valuable knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formulas, reports)

Understanding of payroll and HR operations (training knowledge acceptable for freshers)

Positive communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of HR processes and policies

Willingness to learn and grow in HR domain Preferred Candidate Profile Freshers with internship or academic exposure to HR are welcome

Candidate should be comfortable working on HR data and reports

Ready to work from Dholka location
