We are looking for a Manager- Human Resources with 5–7 years of experience in high-growth startup settings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building people practices from the ground up, partnering with business leaders, and driving a robust, high-performance culture.

Experience in a manufacturing setup will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition for critical business functions.

Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, and people strategy.

Build and strengthen employee engagement, culture, and employer branding initiatives.

Own the employee lifecycle,



performance management, and talent development processes.

Lead HR operations, policy implementation, compliance, and employee relations.

Manage key stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted HR business partner.

Drive HR projects, people analytics, and continuous process improvements.

Support factory HR initiatives and compliance, where applicable.

Lead the adoption and implementation of AI-driven HR solutions to improve talent acquisition, employee experience, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness while fostering a culture of innovation. What We're Looking For:

5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in high-growth startups.

Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, and Stakeholder Management.

Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.

Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

Exposure to manufacturing or plant HR will be an added advantage.
