People Forte is looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Panchkula. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for those eager to launch their careers in the management consulting industry. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce and supporting the growth of our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet our organizational needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your contribution will be vital in helping us build a strong and diverse team that drives our mission forward.

We offer a market-competitive salary range of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 monthly, along with opportunities for professional development and a supportive work setting.

Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates




Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions
Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Previous internship or experience in recruitment is an advantage
