HR Manager –

About the Role

SalesStrive is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance, and creating a positive workplace culture that supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
Lead employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance appraisal processes.
Resolve employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Support managers with workforce planning and talent development strategies.
Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate with external agencies when required.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and employee performance insights.
Drive initiatives to improve employee retention and organizational culture.

Requirements




Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with HRMS software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Preferred Skills
Robust organizational and time management abilities.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in the IT, Digital Marketing, or eCommerce industry is an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
