About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to help manage barter and paid influencer collaborations for our brand. The role includes influencer outreach, follow-ups, content coordination, basic commercials, getting videos created from influencers, assisting in production shoots, and supporting Instagram-related tasks. A basic understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and straightforward editing would be preferred.|

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

· Research and identify relevant influencers aligned with the brand.

· Manage outreach for both barter and paid influencer collaborations.

· Coordinate with influencers from onboarding to content delivery.

· Handle basic negotiation and commercial discussions with creators.

· Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication with influencers.

· Coordinate and collect influencer-generated content such as reels, stories, videos, and raw content.

· Support the planning and coordination of brand shoots and content production whenever required

· Inhouse videos shoots.

· Assist in managing basic Instagram and content-related activities.

· Track influencer collaborations, content status, and campaign timelines.

· Stay updated on social media trends and relevant creator opportunities.





· Provide basic support in content editing and execution, wherever required.

Qualifications & Skills/What You Need

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, stories, and creator content

· Basic knowledge of influencer marketing, outreach, and collaboration management

· Ability to coordinate with influencers and manage communication professionally

· Positive negotiation and follow-up skills

· Understanding of social media trends and viral content formats

· Basic editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar platforms

· Strong execution and time management skills

· Ability to multitask and manage campaign timelines efficiently

· Organized approach towards tracking deliverables and influencer coordination

· Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a startup environment
