Manage the attendance, leave, and shift schedules of site employees.
Handle recruitment and onboarding of workers, staff, and subcontractor personnel.
Maintain employee records, joining formalities, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime records, and wage verification.
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for recent employees.
Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate training and development programs for site employees.
Ensure contractor compliance with statutory requirements and documentation.
Maintain discipline and enforce workplace policies at the project site.
Coordinate with the head office HR team for manpower planning and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
