Role & responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities by approaching industrial customers, OEMs, traders, and dealers.
Visit existing and prospective customers to understand their product requirements.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up to convert inquiries into orders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Follow up on payments and outstanding customer receivables.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
Conduct market research to identify new customers and emerging business opportunities.
Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




03 years of experience in sales, business development, or industrial product sales. Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome to apply.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships and work independently.
Prior experience in bearings, industrial products, engineering, or manufacturing sales will be an added advantage.
Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
