Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in HVAC equipment.
Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical panels, motors, and control systems.
Monitor the performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and ventilation systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Maintain service records and report maintenance activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HVAC and electrical maintenance.
ITI/Diploma in Electrician, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical wiring, and control panels.
Ability to work in shifts and respond to maintenance emergencies when required
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
