Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in hiring for Banking, IT, and Non-IT/Industrial roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing client requirements. The candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition and capable of working in a quick-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Banking, IT, and Industrial/Manufacturing positions.
Understand client requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage offer negotiations, documentation,



and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Required Skills
1–3 years of recruitment experience in a consultancy or staffing organization.
Hands-on experience in hiring for Banking, IT, and Industrial/Manufacturing domains.
Positive understanding of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment tracking tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
