Role Description The HR Fresher will support day-to-day human resources operations for MountBox Design Studio in Kochi. This full time, in office role includes assisting with recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding processes. The role involves maintaining employee records, helping organize training and engagement initiatives, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are communicated clearly.





The HR Fresher will also assist with basic payroll and attendance coordination, respond to employee queries, and provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling data and documentation.

Candidates should possess basic proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools and be comfortable working with HR-related software or databases.

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; internships or projects in HR are an added advantage.

Candidates should possess a learning mindset, qualified ethics, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling employee information.
