Your mission Key Responsibilities: Manage In-process Quality activities in relevant workshop.

Perform rework/ rejection analysis to lead productive Line Quality with industrial cross function team.

Perform Inprocess

Inspection of Welding activities with respect to products for quality clearance.

Performing visual inspections and using non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.

Manage Internal NCR: Support NCR team to complete characterization until closure using Problem Solving methodology.

Preparation of Control Plan and Inspection checklist to perform and manage the records during production stage.

Ensure Zero NCR from Internal customer and CFT member of PFMEA.

Your profile Qualifications & Competence: Diploma in Mechanical with 8+ years Or Bachelor’s in Engineering Mechanical with 5+ years’ experience in In-Process Quality Control.

NDT level certification should be valid at least for VT and DPT method.

Solid communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions along with necessary confidence.

Basic knowledge of Quality Tools and necessary knowledge on Measurement Tools Basic knowledge of EN15085, ISO 9001 and ISO 22163 requirements related to role.





Experience in Rolling stock industry will have additional weightage. Brief knowledge about Fabrication works.
