The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitmentUnderstand hiring requirements from clients and internal teams.
Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and internal databases. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers. Ensure timely closure of open positions.
