Role & responsibilities
Partner with the HRBP team to support employee lifecycle activities.
Assist in onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with store managers and business leaders on HR-related activities.
Support attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
Help resolve employee queries and ensure a positive employee experience.
Maintain HR reports, dashboards, and employee records.
Assist in performance management, learning & development, and HR projects.
Support employee communication and policy awareness initiatives.
Participate in HR analytics, surveys, and people-related interventions.
