We are looking for an HR Intern whose primary role will be to assist in the recruitment process. The intern will support the hiring team in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support sourcing efforts through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
Assist in conducting initial HR screening calls (if required)
Help prepare offer letters and onboarding documents for selected candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
