Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for IBM Sterling MFT platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot critical file transfer jobs to ensure SLA compliance.
Support IBM Sterling Integrator/File Gateway, Sterling Secure Proxy, and Connect: Direct.
Perform health checks, certificate renewals, user provisioning, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Support file transfer protocols including SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTPS, and Connect: Direct.
Lead P1/P2 incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions.
Collaborate with infrastructure, middleware, networking, and application teams.
Enhance monitoring, alerting, and reporting to improve service reliability.
Develop SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base documentation.
Participate in 24x7 production support and global shift rotations.
