Job Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Install and configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and networking issues.
Install and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
Perform operating system installation, software installation, and system upgrades.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
Install and troubleshoot CCTV systems (preferred).
Maintain service reports and update job status.
Coordinate with customers to ensure timely service completion.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.
Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
Knowledge of Windows installation, drivers, and software configuration.




Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel for onsite customer visits when required.
