Experience : 2 Year Key Responsibilities – Residential Interior Site Supervisor - Supervise day-to-day execution of residential interior projects at site.
Manage and coordinate all vendors, contractors, and skilled labor to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed as per the agreed schedule.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
Coordinate with the design, project management, and procurement teams for seamless execution.
Inspect materials delivered at site and ensure proper usage to minimize wastage.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution issues promptly.
Maintain daily site progress reports and share updates with the project team.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work setting.
Attend client meetings at site, provide project updates, and address execution-related concerns professionally.
Coordinate handover activities and ensure timely project completion with minimal snag points.
