Role Description The Interior Site Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the execution of interior projects from start to finish. This role includes supervising site activities, coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring that work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

The Interior Site

Engineer monitors project progress, resolves technical issues, manages timelines, and supports material selection and installation. The role also involves regular site inspections, maintaining safety and compliance, documenting work status, and communicating updates to project stakeholders. Qualifications

Project and site management skills,



including scheduling, task coordination, and progress tracking.

Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes commonly used in residential projects.

Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address site challenges and maintain quality standards.

Attention to detail and commitment to safety, cleanliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Prior experience in interior site supervision or construction management is preferred.

Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking software) for reporting and documentation.

Ability to work in office in Bengaluru and manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously.

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is an advantage.
