Role Description This is a full time, on-site IT International Sales role based in Kakori. The role involves identifying and engaging potential international clients for SigmaIT’s software development and SEO services, building strong relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role also requires coordinating with technical and project teams to understand client requirements, ensuring accurate scoping of solutions,



and providing ongoing support to maintain client satisfaction. The position includes tracking sales metrics, updating CRM records, and contributing to sales strategies to expand the company’s global market presence.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Information Technology and a solid understanding of software development and related services.
Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Network Security to effectively discuss technical capabilities with clients.
Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills to address basic technical queries and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, relationship building, and responsiveness.
Solid international sales experience in IT or software services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to communicate confidently with global clients, including robust spoken and written English skills.
Comfort with using CRM tools, sales reporting, and online communication platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
