Commissioning and start-up of PLC/SCADA.
Loop checking of Instruments at site ensuring compliance to quality guidelines, Safety standards and Industrial regulations.
Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of instrumentation failures and PLC works.
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance of Instruments.
Monitor and maintain control systems to ensure continuous operation and reliability.
Verify the documentations, P&ID;'s, Drawings and specifications.
Inter discipline coordination and communication for commissioning.
Coordination with PLC/SCADA vendors and Instruments Vendors at site.
Process Operation control philosophy verification and corrections based on site condition.
