About the Role

MMI Software's Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, network security, hardware, software, and technical support operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the organization's complete IT infrastructure.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems and provide end-to-end support.
Administer and maintain Windows/Linux Servers.
Configure and manage EPABX/IP Telephony Systems.
Manage Remote Desktop (RDP) access and remote user support.
Configure, monitor, and maintain Firewalls and network security.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Printers, Scanners, and Computer Hardware.
Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Networking infrastructure.
Install and support Biometric Attendance Systems.
Handle software installations, upgrades, patches, antivirus, and system security.
Monitor system performance, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and technical support.




Ensure IT compliance, data security, and business continuity.
Lead the IT support team and provide technical guidance to end users.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, RHCE, Fortinet, Sophos, or similar will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
8–10 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure and Network Administration.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Willing to work from the Mathura office.
Candidates with an Immediate to 15 Days Notice Period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
